Located at the mouth of the Arousa estuary, this island is the third of the archipelagos belonging to the Atlantic Islands National Park. It protects the northern entrance of the estuary, and there is no regular passenger transport to access. Its landscape is dominated by beaches and dunes.
To the north of the island is the village, silent witness of another time in which the island was inhabited. Its lighthouse marks the area to try to avoid shipwrecks, such as that of the steamship Santa Isabel in 1921.
Embark with us and you can enjoy a unique natural environment, bathe in its fine sandy beaches, contemplate its wonderful sunsets and dive for its incredible seabed.
